In short

  • A 30-second tour through the eight things CleaVend does for a vending business.
  • Click any chapter to jump straight to it.
  • Each chapter has a few lines below with what it means day to day.

We get asked "so what does it actually do?" a lot. The honest answer takes longer than an elevator ride, so we made a film that doesn't. Press play — or pick a chapter.

    The chapters, in plain words

    01 · Seeing the fleet

Every connected machine on one screen and one map: which are selling, which are quiet, how today is going. It's the first thing most people open in the morning, and often the only thing they need.

    02 · When something breaks

A jammed coin changer, a payment fault, a machine that went offline — you hear about it as it happens, on your phone if you like. The idea is simple: know before the customer does. Each machine also keeps a logbook, so the history of a problem is never lost.

    03 · Stock & refilling

CleaVend works out what's left in each machine from what it has sold since the last fill. From that it suggests what to bring: per machine for the driver, and added up for the warehouse, so the van is loaded once and correctly.

    04 · Tours

Instead of the same round every week, the day's tour is built from the machines that actually need a visit, ranked by how urgent they are and put in a sensible order on the road. The driver gets the stops, the pick list and the way there on their phone.

    05 · Payments & money

Card, QR and cash sales side by side, per machine and per product. The card terminals' own records and the payouts sit next to the machine's sales, so every tap and scan is accounted for.

    06 · Invoicing

For businesses that look after other businesses — a distributor running machines for several customers, for example — the sales figures can turn into invoices for each of those customers for a chosen period, ready to review and export.

    07 · The assistant

Sometimes it's faster to ask than to click. "Which machines need a visit today?" or "What sold best at the station last week?" — the assistant answers from the same information the screens show, by text or by voice.

    08 · Running the account

Who sees what. A driver sees their route, a technician sees the faults in their area, the finance team sees money but not machines. And if you keep your products and machines in your own business system, CleaVend can stay in step with it.

Want to see it on your own fleet? Book a demo and we'll show it on machines like yours.

    Why we kept it short

Most of the people who run vending businesses are busy in the field, not at a desk. If the whole idea doesn't make sense in half a minute, a longer film won't fix it. If it does, the details are a click away — in the chapters above, in our other stories, or in a conversation with us.
